Tuvo provides a credit sequence generation platform for funding professionals. You are responsible for the accuracy of the client profiles you submit and for how you use the generated sequences.
Your subscription grants access to the platform based on your selected tier. Tier limits on client count and sequencing rounds are enforced by the platform.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to bypass usage limits, sharing your account credentials, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Tuvo is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific funding outcomes for your clients.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period, except where required by law.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not refund any payments already processed.
After cancellation, customers will continue to have access to the service through the end of their current paid billing period. The subscription will not renew after that period.
By purchasing a subscription, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy.
Tuvo provides credit sequencing recommendations based on the information you submit. These recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
We do not guarantee that any lender will approve a client, that any specific funding amount will be obtained, or that the generated sequences will result in favorable outcomes.
You are solely responsible for verifying all information, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and making independent decisions regarding your clients' financial activities.
Tuvo shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the platform or reliance on its generated sequences.
